Terms of Service

1. The service

Vero (the "Service") is an outcome-based marketing operating system for owner-operated service businesses. We run paid media, organic SEO, GBP, directory syndication, and the per-location landing page on a Vero-owned subdomain. We bill per verified booked job as defined in our published methodology.

2. Billing

Verified-outcome fees and platform fees are charged monthly. Disputes filed within seven days of a booking are credited at month-close per our standard dispute window. Subscription pricing is documented at /pricing.

3. Data

You own all data you upload (customer records, job logs, brand assets). We process it solely to operate the Service. Hashed PII is the default. Full data handling practice is at /privacy.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Upon termination we return or delete your data per your written instruction and stop billing immediately.

5. Liability

Our maximum liability in any 12-month period is the fees you paid in that period. We do not provide warranties beyond those required by law.
